To idea<\/strong>, za kt\u00f3r\u0105 stoi potrzeba systematycznego i konsekwentnego budowania wiedzy i \u015bwiadomo\u015bci spo\u0142ecznej nt. chor\u00f3b rzadkich<\/strong>, ich wczesnego rozpoznawania i diagnozowania, a tak\u017ce dost\u0119pnych w Polsce terapii leczniczych i rehabilitacyjnych. R\u00f3wnie istotna jest tak\u017ce potrzeba debaty nad potrzebami os\u00f3b i rodzin zmagaj\u0105cych si\u0119 z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami<\/strong> oraz rozwi\u0105zaniami umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105cymi pe\u0142ne i r\u00f3wnoprawne funkcjonowanie<\/strong> tych os\u00f3b w spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwie i \u017cyciu codziennym. Nie bez znaczenia jest tak\u017ce forma przekazu<\/strong>, gdy\u017c powy\u017csza tematyka jest ze swej natury trudna i skomplikowana, a wi\u0119c cz\u0119sto niezrozumia\u0142a i przez to nieobecna w powszechnej debacie. Zatem chcemy o tych wa\u017cnych i istotnych kwestiach m\u00f3wi\u0107 w spos\u00f3b prostszy<\/strong> i bardziej przyst\u0119pny, w\u0142a\u015bciwie zaadresowany i dostosowany do potencjalnego odbiorcy, czyli ka\u017cdego z nas.<\/p>

Naszym motywatorem do dzia\u0142ania, poza oczywi\u015bcie naturaln\u0105 potrzeb\u0105 czynienia dobra, jest osobista droga<\/strong>, kt\u00f3r\u0105 przebyli\u015bmy, kt\u00f3r\u0105 nadal kroczymy i zapewne przemierza\u0107 b\u0119dziemy do ko\u0144ca naszego \u017cycia. Mowa tu o nieuleczalnej genetycznej chorobie naszego Syna Borysa, u kt\u00f3rego niespodziewanie dla nas, w momencie, gdy mia\u0142 5 lat, objawi\u0142a si\u0119 ona i postawi\u0142a nas wszystkich przed faktem dokonanym. Poznali\u015bmy i nadal poznajemy wszystkie odcienie walki o \u017cycie nieuleczalnie chorego dziecka. Ta wiedza, po\u0142\u0105czona z zebranym do\u015bwiadczeniem wywo\u0142uje w nas refleksj\u0119 nad potrzeb\u0105 zmiany<\/strong> og\u00f3lnej \u015bwiadomo\u015bci spo\u0142ecznej nt. chor\u00f3b rzadkich, ich, wbrew nazwie, relatywnie du\u017cej powszechno\u015bci w\u015br\u00f3d spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa, a tak\u017ce zmiany postaw ludzkich w odniesieniu do os\u00f3b niepe\u0142nosprawnych. Dlatego te\u017c wierzymy, \u017ce zapraszaj\u0105c innych do debaty publicznej nt. chor\u00f3b rzadkich, cho\u0107 w ma\u0142ym stopniu przyczyniamy si\u0119 do budowania coraz to wi\u0119kszej wiedzy i \u015bwiadomo\u015bci spo\u0142ecznej, kt\u00f3ra jest tak niezb\u0119dna do prawid\u0142owego i \u015bwiadomego zarz\u0105dzania t\u0105 istotn\u0105 sfer\u0105 \u017cycia publicznego.<\/p>\n

Nasze dzia\u0142anie ma charakter w pe\u0142ni oddolny, spo\u0142eczny<\/strong> i jest tylko i wy\u0142\u0105cznie nastawione na bezinteresown\u0105 pomoc i popraw\u0119 istniej\u0105cego stanu rzeczy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Is the idea<\/strong> behind which there is a need for systematic and consistent building of knowledge and social awareness about rare diseases<\/strong>, their early diagnosis, as well as therapeutic and rehabilitation therapies available in Poland. Parallelly, also important is the need to discuss about the needs of people and families struggling with disabilities<\/strong> as well as solutions enabling their full and equal inclusion in the society and everyday life.<\/strong> The form of the message<\/strong> is also significant, because the above-mentioned issues are, by their nature, difficult and complicated, and therefore often incomprehensible and also absent in the general public debate. So, we want to talk about these important and crucial issues in a simpler and more accessible way,<\/strong> properly addressed and adapted to the potential recipient, i.e. each of us.<\/p>

Our motivator for action, apart from the natural need to do good things, is the personal road<\/strong> we have followed and which we still walk and will probably follow until the end of our lives. We are talking here about the incurable genetic disease of our son Boris, in whom unexpectedly for us, at the time when he was 5 years old, she appeared and put us all before a fait accompli. We have met and we still get to know all the shades of the fight for the life of an incurably sick child. This knowledge, combined with the experience gathered, causes us to reflect on the need to change the general public awareness of rare diseases, their, contrary to the name, relatively high universality among the society, as well as changes in human attitudes in relation to people with disabilities. Therefore, we believe that by inviting others to a public debate on rare diseases, at least we contribute little bit to building more and more knowledge and social awareness, which is so necessary for the proper and conscious management of this important sphere of public life.<\/p>\n
